About

Coffee that treats
the day like an occasion.

Barista pouring latte art

The Oney Bean started with a simple realization: the coffee I was paying for every day tasted mediocre, and the ingredients behind it were even worse.

Popular coffee chains had trained us to accept additives, preservatives, and artificial flavors as normal. I got tired of spending money on drinks that left me feeling off — and started making my own at home with clean ingredients that actually tasted better.

That became the whole idea behind The Oney Bean: if I’m going to pay for coffee, I’d much rather pay for a clean-ingredients version that I can feel good about drinking.

We built every recipe around that standard. Organic almond milk, organic oatmilk, grassfed 2% dairy milk, and organic coconut milk are always available at every event. Our matcha is ceremonial-grade and sourced from Honshu, Japan.

Then we put the whole bar on wheels, so we can bring it to a wedding in Montauk, a launch in Soho, or a Tuesday morning in your office lobby.
